We're looking for an HR Operations Specialist who enjoys building systems, optimizing processes, automating routine work, and improving the employee experience through efficient operational solutions.If you love bringing structure to processes, working with HRIS platforms, AI tools, and HR analytics, and want to see the real impact of your work — we'd love to meet you!Your Key Responsibilities: Audit HR processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement standardized, scalable workflowsOwn the full operational onboarding and offboarding lifecycle: documentation, access management, PeopleForce administration, benefits, and cross-functional coordinationAdminister and continuously improve our HRIS (PeopleForce): configure workflows, automations, and triggers, maintain data accuracy, and implement new processesCoordinate the probation process by launching check-ins, collecting feedback, preparing analytics, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hiresCreate and maintain SOPs, process documentation, templates, and our HR Knowledge Base.Coordinate the administration of employee benefits, learning budgets, subscriptions, and internal AI toolsPrepare regular HR analytics and reports, including headcount, turnover, onboarding, benefits, and other HR metrics; identify anomalies and help the team make data-driven decisionsCollaborate closely with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient internal processes across the companyWhat You Need to Join Us: 2–3+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Administration within product or tech-driven companiesHands-on experience administering an HRIS (PeopleForce, BambooHR, HiBob, or similar), not just using it as an end userExperience managing the full onboarding and offboarding lifecycleExperience creating SOPs, process documentation, and operational templatesUnderstanding of AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging them to improve efficiencyExperience working with HR analytics and reporting — you're comfortable collecting data, preparing reports, identifying trends, and spotting anomaliesA systems-thinking mindset with a passion for improving processes rather than simply maintaining themA process-oriented approach — you look for root causes instead of only fixing symptomsAbility to work independently while knowing when to escalate non-standard situationsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritizing multiple tasksStrong organizational skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and a high level of ownershipWhy It’s Exciting to Work With Us:Build AI-powered tools with real impact, helping over one million small businesses grow, compete, and launch ads without agencies or complex marketing setups.Join a strong A-level team of experienced professionals who set a high bar and push each other to do better work.Remote-first approach: work from anywhere, with access to our offices in Warsaw and Kyiv.We take care of the essentials.
