Professional Relationships: - The role involves regular collaboration with: - Various company departments for document exchange and order tracking. - Customers. - Official authorities. - Transport agencies and freight forwarders. Responsibilities: Commercial (80%): - Manage and monitor Sales Administration activities. - Support sales managers in managing and tracking their customer portfolio: - Sending commercial offers. - Price negotiation. - Receiving and processing orders. - Organizing shipments and logistics. - Invoicing and managing payment collection. - For export offers: - Manage the opening and monitoring of letters of credit or documentary collections. - Coordinate logistics with freight forwarders as well as maritime and/or air carriers. - Update prices and commercial terms of offers sent to customers in the information system. - Handle sample shipment requests in collaboration with the Sales Department and ensure follow-up. - Complete and update customer records with the Sales Department. - Archive and organize customer files. - Monitor certifications with Chambers of Commerce. Administrative: - Maintain the directory of sold products and samples sent. - Alcohol management (inbound, outbound, DAE, etc.). - Management of DEB (Intrastat declarations). - Participate in inventory processes. Quality System: - Open and manage customer non-conformities. - Send customer satisfaction surveys, follow up on responses, and consolidate results into a report. Internal Training: - Occupational risk prevention in accordance with Law 31/1995 on workplace risk prevention. - Self-protection plan, emergency plan, and evacuation procedures. - Data protection training. - Food Defense and industrial site security training. - Internal and external training related to the responsibilities of the position.
