About the Role:Are you a data-driven marketer who knows how to make algorithms work for B2B and B2C audiences? We are looking for a sharp, self-motivated Paid Media Specialist to take full ownership of our Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.This is a flexible, part-time, fully remote role. You will be responsible for everything from strategy and setup to continuous optimization and reporting. If you love turning ad spend into tangible ROI and thrive in an autonomous environment, we want to hear from you.What You'll Be Doing:Campaign Strategy & Setup: Build, launch, and manage high-performing paid search, display, and paid social campaigns across Google and LinkedIn.Optimization: Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates and lower CPA.Audience Targeting: Refine target personas, build lookalike/matched audiences, and set up robust retargeting funnels.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance daily. Deliver clear, actionable weekly/monthly reports highlighting KPIs, insights, and next steps.Tracking & Attribution: Ensure proper setup of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and GA4 to accurately measure success.What Were Looking For:Proven Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and LinkedIn Ads with a track record of measurable success.Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), GTM, and Excel/Google Sheets.B2B Nuance: You understand how to write compelling ad copy that resonates with corporate decision-makers on LinkedIn and high-intent searchers on Google.Self-Starter: Because this is a remote, part-time role, you need to be highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing your own timeline.Excellent Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.You are welcome to have a look at our website for more information about Whistle: https://www.whistle.ltd/
