Do you have extensive experience supporting corporate travelers and handling urgent travel disruptions with confidence and professionalism?We're looking for a Senior Corporate Travel Consultant to provide after-hours emergency travel support for corporate clients, managing flights, accommodations, and ground transportation while delivering exceptional service under pressure.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide real-time emergency travel support and rebooking assistanceCoordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers to resolve travel disruptionsApply corporate travel policies and fare rules accuratelyMaintain continuous communication with clients from initial contact to resolutionEnsure accurate documentation and handover notes for the daytime teamRequirementsAmadeus expertise (required)Excellent English communication skills (required)Previous experience in Corporate/Business Travel Support (required)5+ years of experience with a recognized TMC such as FCM Travel, BCD Travel, CWT, Amex GBT, or equivalent (required)Experience supporting complex corporate travel programs and VIP travelersStrong knowledge of exchanges, refunds, fare rules, and travel disruption managementFamiliarity with international routing, airline alliances, and visa/entry requirementsExperience with Sabre or other GDS platforms is an advantageScheduleGraveyard Shift (Shifting Schedule)Open to candidates currently residing in the Philippines only.
