We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in both Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules.Role: SAP SuccessFactors EC & Time Off ConsultantConfigure Employee Central and Time Off componentsManage leave types, time accounts, accrual rules, holiday calendars, and work schedulesDesign monthly/yearly accruals and proration rulesConfigure take rules, validation rules, workflows, and approval processesManage absence recording and leave balance calculationsEnsure compliance with labor laws and organizational policiesConduct UAT, support defect resolution, and provide go-live supportDeliver end-user training and documentationMandatory Skills:SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)SAP SuccessFactors Time OffTime Accounts & Accrual RulesLeave Management ConfigurationHoliday Calendars & Work SchedulesWorkflow ConfigurationUAT & Production SupportCandidates must have hands-on experience in BOTH Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules.Experience: 7+ Years (Relevant Experience)Duration: 6 Months ContractBudget: Up to ₹1.75 Lakhs per MonthNotice Period: Immediate Joiners PreferredInterested candidates can share their updated resume to malu@velodata,in along with: Total Experience; Relevant EC Experience; Relevant Time Off Experience; Current CTC; Expected CTC; Notice Period
