About the Role:We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Laravel and React, follow best development practices, and be comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel and React.Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance applications.Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and fellow developers.Perform code reviews and maintain code quality using Git.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.Participate in planning, estimation, and Agile development processes.Required Skills3–5 years of professional software development experience.Strong proficiency in Laravel (PHP).Strong proficiency in React.js.Good understanding of Git and version control workflows.Experience working with REST APIs.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Preferred SkillsLinux server administration.CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment.Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Experience building or integrating AI Agents and LLM-based applications.Knowledge of Google BigQuery.Familiarity with Docker is a plus.What we’re looking for: self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Passion for learning new technologies and adopting modern development practices.If you’re ready to build your career - this opportunity is for you!Apply now: to praseethak@nppaengage.com or DM us your resume
