Join us on this exciting journey as we redefine the benchmarks for excellence in talent-centric solutions.Role OverviewOn behalf of our US-based client, we are seeking a highly organized, fast-paced Staffing Coordinator to manage daily open cases and ensure all shifts are fully staffed with suitable aides. This role is critical to maintaining service quality and requires speed, accuracy, and excellent communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentifying caregiver availability and staffing new cases efficientlyUtilizing HHAX availability reports and Smart Maps to search for caregiversCreating and maintaining a personal availability list based on caregiver conversationsUpdating all relevant systems with caregiver availability and case detailsDocumenting caregiver case refusals or declines appropriatelyCommunicating with caregivers via Textus (no other platforms)Assigning caregivers to cases and verbally reviewing all patient details, duties, special requirements, travel time, and expectationsEnsuring caregivers understand policies, including attendance, uniform requirements, phone usage restrictions, and cancellation notice requirementsProviding clock-in details and confirming understanding through caregiver read-backReviewing all patient notes prior to assignmentUpdating OCR Smartsheet, caregiver profiles, schedules, and calendars accuratelyStaffing a minimum of 15–20 cases per day (75–100 cases per week)Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in staffing, scheduling, or coordination, preferably in healthcare or home care.Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.Strong phone, texting, and written communication skills.Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.High attention to detail and strong follow-through.Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and messages daily.Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience staffing aides, caregivers, or shift-based roles.Familiarity with HHA exchange scheduling/staffing software.Strong problem-solving skills and persistence when filling difficult shiftsThe "Must Haves" :You must have a dedicated workspace, a Laptop/PC (Core i5+), and Noise Cancellation.You MUST have a Backup Power Source (Inverter/Generator) and a Backup Mobile Hotspot. "No Light" or "No Internet" is not acceptable.You will be speaking with US professionals. You must be able to code-switch to a neutral or US accent.Our Reliability Protocol:We require a check-in before every shift.We use a tool for activity verification.We enforce the policy on lateness.The Perks:Long-term contract with a single dedicated client (No jumping between 5 accounts).
