Responsibilities and deliverables
Position:
- Video Editor (Project-Based).
Requirements:
- Strong experience in video editing, especially short-form content.
- Experience with Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and social media content.
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, hooks, transitions, and visual composition.
- Ability to create engaging captions, sound design, and basic motion graphics.
- Ability to follow creative briefs and implement feedback.
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points:
- Experience editing content for brands, creators, or businesses.
- Experience with marketing or advertising videos.
- Motion graphics and advanced visual effects.
- Experience working with agencies or client projects.
- Ability to create multiple hook or intro variations for short-form content.
