We are hiring for an exciting global transformation project focused on Payroll, Time & Absence, Benefits, Learning, and Core HR systems integrated with Workday.Role: HCM Solution Engineer – Project: Poland Time & AbsenceKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support technical solutions across Time & Absence, Payroll, Workforce/ADP, and Workday ecosystemsDevelop technical blueprints, integration designs, and target-state architecturesSupport integrations between Workday, Workforce/ADP, Payroll platforms, and third-party applicationsConfigure and support SSO, IAM, SMTP, Teams integrations, and enterprise connectivity solutionsSupport implementation, migration, troubleshooting, and transformation activitiesMaintain architecture diagrams, integration documentation, and technical specificationsSupport GDPR, security, access controls, and compliance requirementsRequired Skills5+ years of experience in HCM Technology / Solution EngineeringStrong hands-on experience with Time & Attendance and Payroll systemsExperience with Workforce/ADP Time & Attendance or similar platformsStrong integration knowledge across Payroll, Time & Absence, and Core HR systemsExperience with APIs, Middleware, ETL, SSO, IAM, SAML, and OAuthStrong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skillsAbility to work in global multi-country transformation environmentsNice to HaveExperience in HR transformation or separation programsKnowledge of GDPR, enterprise security, Agile, or ITIL methodologiesExposure to enterprise workforce management solutionsInterested candidates can share their resumes to: recruitment@pcsdigitaltech.comRamya – 9886824668
