That transformation means investing in design leadership.As Principal Product Designer, you'll be embedded with a product pod as a hands-on IC, owning design execution on complex and ambiguous challenges. But you'll be more than an executor — you'll be a craft anchor and vision-holder for the team, raising the bar on how we design, how we think about design, and what we're capable of building.
