Caylent is hiring a Senior Project Manager, fully remote, open to candidates in Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil. The work is the real deal: multi-million dollar AWS cloud engagements, blending Agile and Waterfall like you actually know when to use each one, keeping clients genuinely happy (not just cc'd on emails), and mentoring other PMs along the way.10+ years of experience, CSM or PSM cert, and some AWS background are what we're looking for. Bonus points if you've ever had to explain why a "small change" is actually a 3-sprint effort. If this sounds like your next move, or you know someone in LATAM who'd be perfect, drop a comment or DM me.
