Active Arizona bar membership is required.Open to full-time or part-time candidates.What You’ll DoThe RoleThe Pro Bono Practice Immigration Attorney will help establish Manifest’s pro bono immigration practice.This attorney will conduct consultations with individuals seeking legal advice for deportation and asylum matters, assess eligibility, and provide clear legal guidance. The role requires strong client-facing skills, sound legal judgment, and the ability to communicate complex legal standards clearly and efficiently.Client consultationsConduct consultations with individuals seeking legal advice related to asylum and deportation matters.Explain eligibility standards, evidentiary requirements, risks, and timelines in clear language.Provide practical recommendations regarding next steps.
