Key responsibilities include joining initial customer calls, delivering technical presentations, leading and executing POCs, and providing technical support to both existing and potential clients. The role also acts as a bridge between customers and internal teams.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in cybersecurity, can clearly explain complex technical concepts, works independently, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.Responsibilities:Lead high-impact technical engagements with CISOs, SOC leaders, and security architectsOwn the full POC lifecycle — from initial setup to delivering clear business valueAct as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers understand how PTBOX's product & services offering fits into their security strategy and workflowsDrive successful onboarding and evaluation processes in real customer environmentsCollaborate closely with partners and consultancies to expand technical opportunitiesDrive the direction of both products and services by translating real-world customer insights into impact for Product and R&D teamsRequirements:2–5 years of experience in Sales Engineering / Solutions Engineering / technical pre-sales in cybersecurityProven experience leading POCs and technical evaluations with enterprise customersStrong understanding of offensive security, attack paths, exposure management, or security operationsExcellent communication skills — with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiencesSelf-driven, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environmentAdvantages:Experience with BAS, attack simulation, exposure management, SIEM, EDR/XDR, or cloud securityExperience working with cyber consultancies or channel partnersFamiliarity with AI-driven security products, with the ability to explain AI capabilities in practical, business-oriented termsAbout the company:PTBOX offers security leaders a comprehensive platform to continuously assess, validate, and enhance their security defences.
