Tether is hiring an Expansion Event Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for international growth. The company seeks a highly organized and culturally agile professional to partner with Expansion Managers across countries and execute a diverse portfolio of events.Responsibilities include:End-to-end execution of international events including conferences, workshops, summits, sponsorships and large-scale gatherings.Stakeholder management with venues, vendors, and internal teams.Logistics & operations: calendars, travel, meetings, finance and budget coordination.Financial oversight including reconciliation and reporting.Global communications ensuring consistent brand voice in English and Spanish.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or Hospitality & Tourism Management.5+ years proven experience in global corporate events.Native or full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (Italian a plus).Advanced Google Suite and Microsoft Office skills.Solid budgeting, invoicing and expense management knowledge.Willingness to travel and strong adaptability.To apply: Submit your application directly through the official Tether careers page: https://lnkd.in/dKKVzQ7g.
