The successful candidate will identify suitable remote job openings, submit high-quality applications, and consistently generate interview invitations for clients across various industries.Key ResponsibilitiesSearch for relevant U.S. remote job opportunities on major job boards and company career pages.Submit job applications on behalf of clients based on their skills, experience, and career goals.Customize resumes and application materials to align with job requirements when necessary.Maintain accurate records of applications, responses, and interview invitations.Monitor job application statuses and follow up where appropriate.Meet weekly application and interview-generation targets.Stay updated on U.S. hiring trends, remote work opportunities, and applicant tracking system (ATS) requirements.Requirements:Proven experience applying for U.S. remote jobs and generating interview invitations for candidates.Strong understanding of U.S. recruitment practices, hiring processes, and ATS systems.Demonstrated ability to identify high-converting job opportunities and submit effective applications.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong written English communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Wellfound, and other U.S. job platforms is highly preferred.Recruitment, talent sourcing, virtual assistance, or career support experience is a strong advantage.Performance ExpectationsSubmit a good volume of quality applications daily.Consistently generate interview opportunities for clients.Maintain accurate application tracking and reporting.Achieve weekly performance targets and client satisfaction metrics.Compensation$30 USD per weekFully remote position.Flexible work schedule.Performance-based incentives available for exceptional results and interview generation.
