Overview20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.We are seeking a confident and professional Cold Calling & Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant to support a financial advisory practice. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outbound calls to prospective clients across the United States, introduce retirement planning review opportunities, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the financial advisor.The ideal candidate is comfortable making a high volume of calls, can think on their feet during conversations, follows scripts effectively while adapting naturally when needed, and possesses excellent communication skills.The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.Scope of ServicesContractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients nationwide.Follow established call scripts while maintaining natural and engaging conversations.Introduce retirement planning review opportunities and explain the value proposition.Qualify prospects based on client-provided criteria.Schedule appointments directly into the client's calendar system.Accurately record call outcomes and dispositions within the dialing platform.Handle objections professionally and confidently.Maintain detailed notes and follow-up information as needed.Meet daily and weekly call activity goals.Provide regular updates regarding appointment-setting performance and lead quality.Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.SkillsThe Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales.Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.Ability to think quickly and respond confidently during live conversations.Comfortable handling objections and maintaining professionalism.Excellent English speaking skills with a native or near-native accent.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience working in financial services, wealth management, insurance, or related industries.Experience conducting B2C (Business-to-Consumer) outreach campaigns.Familiarity with appointment-setting KPIs and outbound sales metrics.Experience using power dialers and CRM systems.TOOLS & SYSTEMSTwoX Connect (Power Dialer)Wealthbox CRMClient-provided scripts and outreach materialsWork ScheduleContracted Hours per Week: 20 HoursScheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)Daily Working Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM PSTNote: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above.
