About the RoleWe’re looking for a Growth Marketer, Scaled Success to define how we support and grow a high-value segment of self-serve and previously sales-owned customers. In this role, you’ll build Figma’s scaled success motion by designing how self-serve, lifecycle, support, and human touch work together, and creating AI-enabled systems that drive growth while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.What you’ll do at Figma:Define and build Figma’s scaled success approach for self-serve and unmanaged customersDesign how product, lifecycle, support, and human touch work together across the customer journeyPartner with Growth Product and Billing to improve self-serve experiences and drive expansionRun experiments across digital and human-touch channels to understand what drives impactIdentify key growth levers (e.g., seat expansion, upgrades, add-ons) and turn them into scalable programsDrive alignment across Marketing, Product, Support, Sales-assist teams, Enterprise Customer Experience, and Data ScienceWe'd love to hear from you if you have:8+ years in growth, lifecycle, monetization, or scaled customer success rolesExperience building strategy and systems from scratch in a high-growth environmentStrong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without authorityDeep analytical rigor, including experimentation and measurementClear communication and executive presenceWhile not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:Experience working across self-serve and sales-assisted segmentsExperience using AI or automation to scale programsHands-on experience optimizing billing or monetization flows with ProductCompany BenefitsFigma offers equity to employees, as well a competitive package of additional benefits, including health, dental & vision, retirement with company contribution, parental leave & reproductive or family planning support, mental health & wellness benefits, generous PTO, company recharge days, a learning & development stipend, a work from home stipend, and cell phone reimbursement. Figma’s compensation and benefits are subject to change and may be modified in the future.Compensation (Pay Transparency Disclosure)Annual Base Salary Range: $169,000 - $296,000 USD. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including individual qualifications, market demands, and specific work location. For roles available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
