Strategic + relationship-driven recruitment in a niche fieldKey ResponsibilitiesClient + Talent Management: Manage relationships with multiple AI safety + nonprofit clients. Identify/engage candidates for specialized roles: ML researchers, policy experts, ops leaders, AI safety professionals. Build long-term talent pipelines in relationship-driven environmentProcess + Strategy: Design evidence-based hiring processes + assessment frameworks for technical/research roles. Advise clients on compensation benchmarking + industry standards.
