Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Manager (Spanish/English) to oversee and manage human resources operations across a dynamic, fast-paced workforce. This role will be responsible for supporting employees, managing HR processes, and ensuring compliance while serving as a key point of contact for both field and office personnel.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, and offboardingAct as the primary HR contact for bilingual (Spanish/English) employeesSupport and manage recruitment and staffing efforts, including coordination with recruiters and hiring managersHandle employee concerns, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processesEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and site regulationsAssist with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and timekeeping issuesSupport onboarding of new hires, including documentation and orientationMaintain accurate employee records and HR systemsPartner with operations teams to support workforce planning and staffing needsHelp develop and improve HR policies and proceduresRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in Human Resources (HR Generalist or HR Manager level)Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)Strong experience in employee relations and HR operationsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and conflict-resolution skillsExperience working with hourly, field, or operational workforces preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience in construction, data center, logistics, or staffing environmentsExperience supporting high-volume hiring or recruiting teamsFamiliarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plusExperience working with U.S.-based teams or companiesWork EnvironmentFast-paced operational environment with both office and field employeesMay require occasional site visits or travel depending on project needsHigh level of interaction with hourly workforce and management teams
