About the roleHercules is hiring AI-native growth hackers. Your job is to help us grow from 100k users and $XM of revenue to 100M users and $100M+ revenue as quickly as possible. You will have an unlimited AI budget.We are looking for true AI power users—people who can use AI plus code to 100x themselves and do things that were not possible two years ago.If you are a growth hacker at the cutting edge of AI, with a voracious appetite for experimentation, and you want the budget to scale your best playbook, this role is for you.What you will doPick one specific growth wedge and own it end-to-end (programmatic SEO, paid ads, lifecycle, etc.).Build an AI-driven system to execute it at scale.Run tight loops: ship, measure, learn, repeat.Turn what works into durable infrastructure we keep scaling.What skills you needExceptional AI skills (asynchronous agents, automations, evals and QA).Strong communication.Ability to code (TypeScript-first).Track record running successful, large-scale growth strategies.How we operateUrgency: ship fast, iterate, correct quickly.Excellence: have taste, get the details right, make outputs simple and self-serve.Hunger: work hard, do what it takes, be politely relentless.Your applicationPick ONE specific growth play that will have the highest impact and describe it below (examples: programmatic SEO, TikTok ads, partnerships, lifecycle email).In your answer, include:The play: What exactly is your play?
