About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Contract Bookkeeper to support accounting operations across three growing startup companies. This role manages recurring financial tracking, commission calculations, payroll coordination, and monthly residual reporting.The position is fully remote, with optional workspace available at our Logan office. The selected contractor should be available for one in-person meeting per month in Logan.NOTE: This is a part-time 1099 contractor position with potential to grow into a full-time role over time.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate bookkeeping records for three startup entitiesTrack and calculate commissions across teams or programsManage payroll coordination and reportingTrack and reconcile monthly residual income streamsPrepare monthly financial summaries and reportsReconcile accounts and ensure clean financial documentationCoordinate with leadership on financial questions or adjustmentsRequirementsApplicants must currently reside in Northern Utah.
