Certified by the Joint Commission with over 3,000+ 5-star reviews, you’ll join a thriving community of fully remote clinicians pioneering a care model that improves access and outcomes for the families we serve.State Licensure and Hours CommitmentWe are seeking part-time Occupational Therapists licensed in Georgia with availability after 3:30pm M-F, or early monring/afternoon on the weekends, to best meet the needs of our clients.ResponsibilitiesConduct occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.Diagnose and develop care plans that address developmental needs, including fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and activities of daily living (ADLs).Educate and empower caregivers on adaptive strategies, home programs, and the use of therapeutic tools to support carryover and long-term outcomes.Monitor progress, adapt interventions, and ensure safe, effective care in the home environment.Complete all documentation in accordance with Expressable’s quality and timeliness standards.Fulfill all required training, licensing/credentialing tasks, and internal communications in a timely manner.QualificationsMaster’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent)Active, unrestricted OT license in your state of residenceAbility to obtain licensure in state(s) where Expressable is hiringReliable internet connection and appropriate private workspaceRequired Skills and Experience:Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed Occupational TherapistPediatric experience, including evaluations and interventions in developmental areas (fine motor, gross motor, sensory, ADLs)Proficiency with technology and ability to adapt to new digital tools independentlyExperience working with insurance-based populations, including MedicaidPreferred Skills and ExperiencePrevious teletherapy experienceBilingual or multilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish or other languages)Benefits and PerksBenefits such as health, dental and vision insurance options for employees and families if qualified401(k) with matchingReimbursement for state license renewal feesCompany-provided hardwareSupportDedicated support teams to reduce administrative tasksCustom-built technology platform designed to streamline clinician workflowsActive, supportive therapist community of 160 clinicians and growingMore About ExpressableExpressable is an equal opportunity workplace.
