You will be proactive, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of end-to-end email campaign delivery across members, prospects, and partners. You will also have strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset, with the ability to build, QA, and deploy campaigns to a high standard. You will support audience segmentation, campaign execution, and optimisation of email journeys and landing pages. This is an excellent opportunity to continue developing technical and strategic skills, contribute to problem-solving, and help drive the overall performance, accuracy, and scalability of our global email communications.This position is not available to residents of California.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end review, build and deployment of global emails with accuracyBuild and manage customer journeys and automated lifecycle campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC)Manage global email calendar while maintaining best practicesExecute QA and end-to-end testing for all campaigns.
