About the roleWe are currently building BUSY — a unified ecosystem combining the BUSY Bar smart productivity multi-tool with the cross-platform BUSY App to help users stay focused and fight off notifications, social media, and all the other brainrot.We are currently looking for a Product Owner who knows how to turn a mobile app into a habit, a growth engine, and a strong source of revenue. We need someone who understands how to grow a mobile product from the very first touchpoint all the way to subscription.RequirementsExperience as a Product Manager in a mobile product with real tractionStrong understanding of product analytics and key metrics: activation, retention, LTV, conversion, churnExperience working on onboarding, funnels, and user journeysUnderstanding of subscription models and what drives their performanceExperience running experiments and validating hypothesesOwnership: ability to take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasksAbility to see the product through the user’s eyes, with strong UX/UINice-to-haveExperience with B2C mobile appsExperience with paywalls and subscription monetizationUnderstanding of growth strategy and product economicsResponsibilitiesShape product hypotheses and run experiments and A/B testsOwn the growth of the mobile app end-to-endImprove onboarding, activation, and early user journeysDrive retention and turn the product into a daily habitBuild and optimize the subscription model: paywall, offers, payment conversion, churn reductionFind new growth and monetization opportunitiesWork closely with design, engineering, analytics, and marketingMake decisions based on dataWhat we offerFully remote from anywhere in the worldYou will be provided with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable working environmentBenefits such as VHI, corporate sports, foreign language courses, and therapy sessionsA five-day workweek with a flexible start of the working day
