EMEA RequirementAnalyst/Developer - Specialty IIIJOB SUMMARY: Workday AnalystAmerican IT Systems, a premier IT staffing firm specializing in sourcing top talent for diverse industries, is currently seeking the following resources to fulfill the requirements of our premium client.We are currently looking for candidates based in the EMEA or LATAM regions. Please note this is a fully remote role.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport configuration and updates across Workday and business processesAssist with documentation of configuration, business process flows, and system changesDevelop and execute test scripts for system related changes and enhancementsSupport testing cycles, including defect tracking and follow-upParticipate in project discussions to gather requirements and clarify system behaviorTrack and support project milestones, deliverables, and timelinesPartner with team members and stakeholders to ensure tasks are progressing and issues are addressedAssist with data validation and reporting checks as neededSupport release activities including testing and documentation updatesRequired SkillsStrong understanding of Workday HCM and business process frameworkAbility to document processes and configuration clearly and consistentlyExperience with testing support, including test script creation and executionBasic project management skills (task tracking, timelines, follow-ups)Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectivelyStrong communication and collaboration skillsDetail oriented with ability to follow structured processesRequired Experience3–5 years of Workday experience (HCM focused)Experience supporting Workday configuration and business process updatesExperience supporting testing and release cyclesExposure to project coordination or milestone tracking preferredExperience working in global environments a plusThank you for your interest in American IT Systems.
