Requirements and responsibilities


Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year in recruiting or sourcing. - Experience with US, UK, or Canadian markets is a strong plus. - Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn and Boolean search strings. - Must be based in Nigeria, self-directed, and possess a highly reliable internet connection. Hours & Communication: - Comfortable working US business hours (Central Standard Time). - Strong written English skills. Responsibilities: - Identify, source, and vet technical talent from assigned US client pipelines. - Submit high-quality, qualified candidates for open roles. - Manage your candidate pool through to the client approval and retention stage. Note: - This role is purely commission based. - You earn $500–$1,000 per successful placement (no earning cap). - Payment is issued 60–90 days post-candidate start date.
