Responsibilities

• Support the development of comprehensive strategic communications strategies, plans, and related materials for the RFS Bureau activities and the Feed the Future activities, including reports, campaigns, and individual events. • Conduct stakeholder interviews and market research to develop a deep understanding of the key stakeholder groups and to inform communications strategies and brand. • Support the development of best practices for audience engagement, messaging and communications strategies • Analyze existing communications materials and identify gaps that need to be filled. • Creation of new resources and content to address internal and external communications needs. • Support capacity-building efforts and communications training to build the capacity of technical leaders from RFS. • Advice on the most appropriate communication channels and messaging according to the audience. • Work closely with teams of subject-matter experts for content review and feedback. • Perform other duties as required.
