This role is ideal for someone early in their advertising or marketing career who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to learn how great work gets made.You’ll support multiple accounts, help manage day-to-day deliverables, and gain hands-on exposure to strategy, creative, media, and digital marketing in a fast-paced agency environment devoted to senior living.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Account Managers and Account Strategy Directors in managing day-to-day client activitiesCoordinate internal project workflows, timelines, and deliverables with project management across creative, digital, and media teamsEnsure timely development and distribution of creative briefs (coordinating with AM and PM)Maintain client status chartsRun internal client huddles, sharing client status chartsParticipate in internal team meetings, take meeting notes, and manage follow-upTrack project status, deadlines, and approvals to ensure work stays on schedule and within scopeManage routine client communications and respond to requests in a timely, professional manner. Engage AM/ASD as appropriateDocument client communications as appropriate in a Project Management platform (currently WMJ)Assist with trafficking creative assets, including managing routine internal and client workflow of asset while maintaining accurate project documentationProofread materials for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client inputResponsible for processing returned mail for client direct mailings per agency procedure and maintaining up-to-date client mail listsEnsures all final creative elements are uploaded to the appropriate folderSupport additional initiatives that provide learning and growth opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)0–2 years of experience in an agency, marketing, or client-service environment (internships count)Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environmentClear, professional written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative, positive attitude and eagerness to learnProficiency with Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Workamajig, or similar) is a plusWhat You’ll GainHands-on experience working with real clients and real budgetsExposure to integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and mediaMentorship from experienced account, creative, and strategy professionalsA strong foundation for growth into Account Management, Account Planning, and Client Service rolesKnowledge of the senior living industry
