As an end-to-end service provider, we can provide strategic advantages to our clients by offering legal support services at every stage of their legal proceedings.Job DescriptionJob Title: Surveillance Case ManagerPosition SummaryMagna Legal Services is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Surveillance Case Manager to join our dynamic investigations team. This role serves as a critical liaison between field investigators and clients, ensuring the efficient execution of surveillance operations and the timely delivery of investigative reports. Ideal candidates will bring a combination of investigative knowledge, client service skills, and a strong grasp of case management tools.Key Responsibilities:Conducting preliminary desktop investigation to prepare file for the field surveillance investigatorsCoordinating with surveillance investigators and providing updates to clientsReviewing surveillance videos and ensuring quality and consistencyPrepare clear, concise reports based on investigative findings and surveillance reviewQualifications:At least 5 years of directly relevant work experience (i.e., working as a surveillance case manager) or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Criminal Justice and 2 years of experience.Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with attorneys and legal personnel.Proficiency in investigative platforms, specifically Track-Ops.Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.Compensation:$27 - $35 an hourAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
