Role Summary: - You will play a key role in strengthening the sales operation, leading supervisors and agents, and ensuring sustainable growth in a dynamic call center environment. Your Impact in this Role: - Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and sales agents. - Drive sales strategies aligned with business goals and operational KPIs. - Analyze performance metrics and create action plans to improve results. - Ensure quality, compliance, and coaching effectiveness across the operation. - Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high performance. What we're looking for: - 5+ years of experience in sales (call center experience required). - 4+ years leading teams and developing leaders. - Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. - Experience managing KPIs and CRM tools. - English level C1 | Spanish level C2.
