We’re looking for RevOps BI Architects with deep Revenue Operations expertise to own the analytics and visualization layer of our data environments.This role focuses on transforming structured warehouse data into clear, reliable, and scalable reporting experiences used by executives and revenue teams. The RevOps BI Architect ensures dashboards, metrics, and visualizations are consistent, performant, and easy to understand.Working closely with a team of RevOps Consultants, this role ensures that data is translated into high-quality reporting products and intuitive data experiences.The ideal candidate combines strong technical BI skills with a deep understanding of data storytelling, dashboard design, and metric standardization, ensuring that reporting remains consistent across clients and stakeholders.What We're Looking ForEnjoys building clean, intuitive data experiencesIs passionate about making data understandable for non-technical usersHas strong attention to detail and reporting consistencyUnderstands the operational needs of revenue teamsCan balance technical rigor with clarity and simplicityThrives in environments where they own and improve analytics products over timeKey ResponsibilitiesBI Platform & Semantic Layer Ownership:Design and maintain semantic layers and reporting models used in BI tools such as Looker,PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platformsDefine and maintain standardized metric definitions used across dashboards and reporting environmentsCreate reusable measures, calculated fields, and explore structures to support scalable reportingManage BI platform permissions, access controls, and governanceMaintain documentation for key reporting metrics, explores, and dashboardsDashboard & Visualization Development:Design and build executive and operational dashboards for revenue teamsCreate reporting for pipeline, funnel, marketing performance, and revenue analyticsDevelop reusable dashboard templates that can be deployed across multiple client environmentsStructure dashboards to ensure clarity, usability, and decision-focused reportingMaintain and improve existing dashboards to ensure accuracy and usabilityBI Performance & Optimization:Optimize BI queries, explores, and derived tables to improve dashboard performanceIdentify and resolve slow queries or inefficient reporting structuresWork closely with Analytics Engineers to improve underlying data models for reportingImplement best practices to reduce query costs and improve dashboard load timesEnsure reporting environments scale efficiently across multiple client environmentsReporting Governance & Standardization:Standardize KPI definitions and reporting logic across dashboards and analytics environmentsEstablish and maintain dashboard naming conventions and reporting standardsMaintain an organized catalog of dashboards and reporting assetsIdentify and consolidate duplicate or redundant reporting assetsEnsure reporting outputs remain consistent across stakeholders and systemsData UX & Analytics Product Design:Design dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate complex revenue insightsTranslate analytical models and metrics into intuitive visual reporting experiencesSimplify complex analytics into clear visuals for executive and operational audiencesEnsure dashboards answer meaningful business questions rather than simply displaying dataRequired Qualifications3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Visualization rolesStrong experience with BI tools such as: Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma, Mode, DomoStrong SQL skillsExperience using data from Salesforce or HubSpotExperience building dashboards for sales, marketing, or revenue teamsExperience designing semantic layers or metric frameworksAbility to translate complex data into clear visualizationsStrong attention to data consistency and reporting governanceExperience with warehouse platforms such as BigQuery or SnowflakePreferred ExperienceExperience working with systems and metrics such as:SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, MRR, ACV, TCV)Pipeline and funnel analyticsAttribution reportingMarketing automation platformsLookML or semantic modeling frameworksdbt metrics or transformation frameworksData UX and dashboard design best practicesVisa Sponsorship / Contractor Setup (as stated)Please note that we are not currently able to offer U.S. visa sponsorship or transfer for this position.For Canadian and Brazilian Residents: We also invite you to apply for this position but please note that at this time we can only hire those outside of the United States as full-time contractors.CompensationBrazil: OTE (On Target Earnings) $40K – $60K • Offers Commission • Offers BonusUnited States: OTE (On Target Earnings) $80K – $120K • Offers Commission • Offers Bonus
