Responsibilities

About the role. The data analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support data-driven decision-making. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that improve business performance. Key responsibilities: * Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources. * Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. * Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. * Build automated data pipelines and reporting solutions. * Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and business requirements. * Present insights through clear visualizations and data storytelling. * Support experimentation and A/B testing for product and business enhancements. * Ensure data accuracy, governance, and documentation. Required qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, economics, or a related field. * Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases. * Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, or R. * Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. * Understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.
