Job Responsibilities: * Answer product and service questions via chat and email. * Provide technical support, including product walk-throughs and troubleshooting. * Follow up with customers, provide feedback, and ensure issues are resolved. * Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. * Communicate with repair service centers to resolve warranty claims. * Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Qualifications: * Proficiency in English (must be fluent). * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Customer relations and customer service experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, Google Sheets, and Outlook. * Typing speed of 50 WPM. * Tech savvy or mechanical aptitude, with knowledge of kitchen appliances considered a plus. * Experience using Zendesk and TeamViewer. Technical Requirements: * Up-to-date computer or laptop. * Minimum 8GB RAM. * Minimum Intel Core i5 processor or better. * High-speed internet (20 Mbps up/down). * Quality headset with microphone.
