Position Overview: The Traffic Coordinator ensures the efficient movement of shipments and resources across multiple departments, including pricing, sales, accounting, and warehousing. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain workflow efficiency and support daily logistical operations. Key Responsibilities: * Receive, respond to, and document customer communications. * Resolve customer issues or escalate when needed. * Provide quotes, rates, and follow up on requests. * Monitor shipments from origin through final delivery. * Report incidents or issues encountered during transit. * Maintain clear communication with suppliers, carriers, and origin agents. * Manage COD shipment collections. * Accurately update account and customer details. * Track new rate updates and report changes.
