Requirements and responsibilities


* Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and workforce needs. Prepare and finalize job descriptions and job postings. * Sourcing: Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Use social media, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment databases. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs. * Screening: Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Conduct telephonic, video, and initial HR interviews. Evaluate candidate suitability and update relevant screening notes. * Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels. Maintain communication between candidates and interviewers. Ensure timely follow-ups and feedback collection. * Evaluation & Selection: Conduct HR rounds and assess candidate fit. Coordinate assessments, tests, and skill evaluations. Support hiring managers in selection decisions. * Negotiation & Offer Management: Manage salary negotiations and finalize compensation based on company policies. Prepare offer letters and ensure smooth acceptance process. * Onboarding: Collect required documents from selected candidates. Coordinate joining formalities and ensure a strong onboarding experience. Maintain new hire data and share updates with HR operations. * Reporting & Compliance: Maintain recruitment dashboards and metrics (TAT, joining ratio, sourcing mix, etc.). Keep ATS/HRMS updated with candidate and requisition status. Ensure compliance with internal policies and labour regulations.
