Using best-in-class software and processes, we deliver peace of mind.Role OverviewAs our HR Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary HR point of contact for our clients, supporting day-to-day operations while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies. You will handle a wide range of HR activities, from reviewing and implementing contracts and policies to advising on employee relations and regulatory requirements. Those who excel in this role are detail-oriented, proactive, and confident navigating both client-facing conversations and behind-the-scenes operational work.This is a client-facing role that requires adaptability, precision, and a solution-oriented mindset.What You’ll DoReview, draft, and implement HR-related contracts, employment agreements, and policy documentsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and international employment regulations; advise clients on compliance risks and solutionsSupport client payroll and benefits administration, including coordination with PEOs and vendorsManage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including offer letters, background checks, I-9 verification, final pay, and separation agreementsServe as a resource for employment law, benefits, and HR operations questionsOversee workers’ compensation, EPLI, and other employment-related insurance policiesConduct employee relations investigations and prepare documentation as neededMaintain and update employee handbooks, compliance notices, and HR recordsCoordinate reporting to government agencies (EEO, ACA, state registrations, etc.)Monitor contract renewals, policy deadlines, and compliance calendarsPrepare HR reports and audit files for internal and client useWork on special compliance or operational projects as assignedWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field6+ years of HR operations, compliance, or generalist experience; experience in a client-facing role a plusStrong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictionsExperience reviewing and drafting HR policies, contracts, and agreementsHighly organized with excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple client priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and PEO modelsSHRM-CP, PHR, or other comparable certification requiredPHR-CA preferredThis is a remote opportunity. #LI-Remote
