The Role Let’s be totally transparent: this is a highly repetitive, execution-heavy role. You will be the human engine behind our tech. Your day will involve navigating our internal software, running rigorous quality checks, and clicking through processes to make sure our clients get their daily leads perfectly packaged. While the physical work is essentially "pressing buttons," the impact you have is massive. We need someone who genuinely loves getting things 100% right, every single time. What you’ll be doing: - Running the machine: Navigating our internal software to process daily data sets, run predefined workflows, and generate highly accurate outputs. - Deep diving: Conducting targeted online research to gather specific data points, verify information, and build out profiles based on strict parameters (usually handling 10-15 data sets per task). - Assembling the pieces: Putting together text and data components into specific formats, ensuring every detail is perfectly aligned before it moves to the next stage of our system. - Creating magic on demand: Rapidly formatting and generating custom documents and digital assets whenever our system triggers an immediate, time-sensitive request. - Obsessive QC: Performing rigorous data validation and double-checking that every single data point perfectly matches our criteria before you hit execute. - Taking absolute pride in your output: You don't just "do the task," you own the results.
