This role ensures patients receive respiratory equipment and support by managing inquiries, processing orders, verifying documentation, and coordinating timely service delivery.This role reviews medical records, verifies insurance coverage, explains patient financial responsibility, collects required payments, and ensures all documentation is complete prior to delivery. This position works closely with referral sources, billing teams, warehouse staff, and clinical partners to create a smooth and efficient patient experience.
