Responsibilities


As our Graphic Designer – Packaging Design, you will own the design and production of product packaging across our growing portfolio. You'll collaborate closely with Product Development, Marketing, Brand, and Operations teams to create visually compelling packaging that balances creativity, functionality, compliance, and manufacturability. This role is ideal for someone with experience designing consumer packaged goods (CPG) who understands both exceptional visual design and the technical requirements of print production. Key Responsibilities - Design premium packaging for new product launches and existing product refreshes. - Develop packaging concepts that align with the company's brand identity while appealing to target customers. • Create production-ready artwork for: - Boxes - Labels - Pouches - Cartons - Inserts - Sleeves - Other packaging formats - Prepare print-ready files that meet manufacturer and printer specifications, including dielines, bleeds, CMYK/Pantone color profiles, and finishing requirements. - Collaborate with Product Development and Operations to ensure packaging is functional, compliant, and production-ready. - Work closely with Marketing to maintain consistency across packaging, digital assets, retail listings, and advertising. - Design compliant product labels while ensuring regulatory information is accurately represented. - Review printer proofs and color samples to maintain production quality and consistency. - Maintain organized design files, templates, and packaging documentation. - Stay current with packaging trends, sustainable materials, and innovations within the wellness and CPG industries. - Support the design of complementary marketing materials, product inserts, retail displays, and trade show assets as needed. MUST-HAVE SKILLS - 3+ years of professional experience as a Photo Retoucher, Image Editor, or similar role. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. • Strong understanding of: - Color theory - Lighting - Composition - Image optimization • Expertise in: - Frequency separation - Layer masking - Image compositing - Non-destructive editing - Experience retouching both product and lifestyle photography. - Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end commercial retouching work. - Exceptional attention to detail and consistency. - Excellent organization and time management skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
