The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus. strategy across a portfolio of client accounts, with responsibility for planning, execution, optimization, testing, measurement, and performance storytellingServing as a senior paid social partner to clients, including leading strategic conversations, performance readouts, growth planning discussions, and escalation recommendationsDeveloping full-funnel paid social strategies across brand awareness, consideration, ecommerce conversion, retention, creative testing, incrementality, lift studies, MMM inputs, and MER/CAC/LTV analysisManaging six- to seven-figure monthly media budgets across fast-moving ecommerce, CPG, retail, lead generation, and/or consumer brand accounts with aggressive performance targetsOverseeing paid social execution across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, and XStaying hands-on in advertising platforms and stepping in “on the keys” when needed to audit, troubleshoot, launch, optimize, or stabilize campaignsPartnering with paid search, client strategy, creative, analytics, and programmatic teams to identify cross-platform growth opportunities and ensure paid social strategy is integrated into quality, consistency, speed, and scalabilitySupporting new business pitches, audits, and account growth opportunities when aligned to business needsYou Must Have7+ years of experience in paid media, with deep expertise in paid social strategy, buying, optimization, measurement, and client leadershipStrong hands-on experience across Meta and TikTok, with additional experience across platforms such asPinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, and/or XExperience managing six- to seven-figure monthly paid media budgetsA background in supporting ecommerce and/or CPG brands, ideally in fast-moving environments with aggressive acquisition, revenue, efficiency, or growth goalsFull-funnel paid social experience across awareness, consideration, conversion, retention, creative testing, and
