Hiring: Appointment Setter (Healthcare/Pharmacy) – Full-Time , US Based Candidates ONLY Position: Full-Time Appointment Setter Location: Remote (United States) We are seeking A-player sales professionals who are confident on the phone, have a strong understanding of the healthcare or pharmacy industry, and can engage in meaningful conversations with clinic owners, medical providers, med spas, and telehealth practices. Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clinics and healthcare providers. * Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. * Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities in the CRM. * Use Zoho CRM, Zoho Voice (PowerDialer), and Calendly to manage daily workflow. Requirements: * 3–5 years of proven appointment setting experience. * Healthcare or pharmacy industry knowledge is **required**. * Excellent phone communication and relationship-building skills. * Experience speaking with business owners, medical providers, or healthcare professionals. * Experience with any CRM and dialer platform (Zoho experience is a plus; training will be provided). Bonus Qualifications: * Experience managing smaller accounts or closing deals. * Ability to transition into a hybrid Setter/Account Executive role. * Strong sales instincts with the potential to grow into a closing position.
