Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Own Google Ads strategy and execution for existing and new campaigns. - Evaluate expansion into other channels. - Own landing page strategy and conversion optimization. - Own SEO content strategy targeting people actively searching for litigation help in our practice areas. - Own campaign measurement, including tracking and attribution that ties spend to actual signed clients, not just clicks. - Run ongoing testing and iteration using AI-assisted workflows for ad copy generation, audience research, creative testing, and performance analysis. Requirements: - Hands-on experience running paid search campaigns for a professional services business such as legal, medical, or financial. - Fluency with AI tools for marketing, meaning regular use of LLMs for ad copy, research, content drafting, and analysis, not occasional use. - Comfort with data, including the ability to read a spreadsheet of client lifetime value and conversion data and turn it into a media plan. - Independent work style and plain, direct communication. - Experience marketing to a legal or litigation audience is a bonus but not required.
