Requirements and responsibilities

Bullseye Strategy is a fully remote digital marketing agency. We are looking for a Content Production Editor who pairs sharp editorial judgment with the speed and stamina to produce high-quality work at volume. On a typical day, you will:Move between 14+ active client accounts, each with its own brand voice, audience, and standardsSwitch rapidly between formats (social posts, blogs, ad copy, email, landing pages)Produce and turn around a high volume of deliverables against firm deadlines, on the order of +/-15 pieces per weekCarry the administrative load that comes with that volume: tracking assignments, logging status, maintaining prompt libraries, and keeping many projects organized at onceThis role is probably not the right fit if youPrefer to spend time on one or two pieces rather than turning around manyNeed a quiet, single-threaded workflow with few interruptionsAre looking for a primarily strategic, managerial, or single-account roleHave not worked at the pace of a client-services agency beforeYou will likely thrive here if youMove quickly without sacrificing qualityStay organized across many moving parts and rarely miss a deadlineAre energized by switching between clients and formats throughout the dayTreat AI as a force multiplier and have the editorial judgment to catch what it gets wrongHard requirementsMarketing agency experience. In-house-only experience will not be considered for this role.Located in the East or Central time zone.2 to 4 years of editing or copywriting experience.A track record of meeting deadlines under a high-volume workload. You can speak to the actual throughput you have sustained.Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar) for real content production, not just awareness of them.A portfolio demonstrating diverse writing and editing samples across multiple formats.ResponsibilitiesThis is a simplified list of day-to-day tasks meant to convey the scope of the role.
