We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Developer to join us as a Team Leader, collaborating directly on high-impact international projects with our US and global teams.💻 Technical RequirementsExperience: 3+ years of Fullstack development experience with strong leadership potential.Backend: Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs.Frontend: React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.Nice-to-have: AWS, Docker, or microservices architecture.Language: Good English communication skills.💰 Benefits & Work ArrangementSalary: Up to $900 - $1,200 USD Net/month (Candidates cover their own taxes & insurance).Location: 100% Remote (Open to any location in Vietnam).Working Hours: 6.5 – 7 hours/day, split into morning and evening shifts (afternoon break).
