The Marketing Coordinator will have hands-on experience organizing, managing, and optimizing the execution of a wide variety of marketing campaigns, programs, and operational initiatives across cross-functional teams, with responsibilities spanning budget administration, project management, and creative support.The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting marketing operations and keeping marketing programs running smoothly by managing vendor contracting processes, coordinating invoice approvals and budget tracking, providing project management across campaigns/programs, maintaining campaign calendars, supporting branded merchandise initiatives, and providing light creative design support.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage marketing vendor onboarding and contracting processes in partnership with Legal, Finance and ProcurementTrack contract status, renewals, statements of work (SOWs), and vendor documentation to ensure timely executionManage invoice routing and approval processes for Accounts Payable (AP)Evaluate marketing departmental processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and effectivenessDevelop, document, and implement marketing departmental processes and best practices to improve campaign execution, resource management, and team efficiencyAnalyze marketing spend, identify budget risks and opportunities, and make recommendations regarding resource allocation and investment prioritiesAssist with monthly and quarterly budget forecasting, reconciliation, and actuals reportingOwn the administration of the marketing project management platform (Wrike), including system configuration, user support, and process maintenance.Create and maintain project templates, campaign workflows, dashboards, timelines, and reporting structures within the project management platformMonitor project status and drive accountability for deadlines and deliverablesManage campaign intake processes and support the development of campaign briefs to ensure alignment and visibility across teamsTrain and support team members on project management best practices and platform usageOwn and maintain the marketing SharePoint campaign and program calendar, ensuring visibility and alignment across marketing initiativesEnsure campaign timelines, launches, events, and key milestones are accurately documented and updatedProvide basic graphic design support for presentations, digital assets, internal communications, social media graphics, and event materialsOwn and manage the company branded merchandise store and fulfillment processEnsure all creative assets align with company brand standards and messaging guidelinesCoordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional materialsOther tactical execution duties as assignedEducation, Experience and InterestsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or project management supportUnderstanding of marketing campaign workflows and operational processesExperience managing budgets, invoices, or financial reconciliation processesExperience supporting vendor contracts and procurement processesFamiliarity with project management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or similar toolsStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and collaboration toolsBasic graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design toolsMid-level presentation experience in basic design and formatting PowerPoint and presentation decksExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProcess-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiencyAdaptability and problem-solving capabilitiesCollaborative team player with a customer-service mentalityAdditional Information:MedeAnalytics believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 USD. While this position is not bonus-eligible, it is part of our comprehensive total rewards program, which includes competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
