This person will help evaluate current processes, gather and document requirements, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that support successful program delivery.The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working with both internal teams and client stakeholders. They should be able to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and help teams design practical, effective solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport client workstreams by analyzing business processes and needsGather, document, and validate business and functional requirementsIdentify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvementPartner with program, product, and technical teams to support solution designPrepare documentation, summaries, and recommendations for stakeholdersHelp ensure solutions align with public sector client goals and requirementsQualificationsU.S. citizenship is required.
