About Omics-OS:
Omics-OS is building the operating system for biology. We make biological research data accessible, harmonized, and actionable for biotech R&D teams. We are a Swiss-American TechBio startup backed by Venture Kick, with paying customers and an active pre-seed raise targeting US investors. Our engine, Lobster AI, is open source and used by bioinformaticians worldwide, and we run the company itself agentically: our pipeline, CRM, lead scoring, and content engine are powered by AI agents and internal tools. The Role:
You work directly with the CEO to build our investor and customer pipeline, execute our content strategy, and run day-to-day growth operations. This is not a passive internship. You will own outcomes, not tasks, and you will see exactly how an early-stage startup raises capital and wins customers, from the inside. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are obsessed with execution, and want a front-row seat to a pre-seed raise and a founder brand being built in real time, this is for you.
What you will do:
- Research and qualify VC firms and angel investors, and find the warm intro paths in.
- Find and map potential champions inside target biotech organizations.
- Build and maintain prospect lists in Notion, powered by our AI research tools.
- Generate AI images and draft posts from existing content briefs.
- Schedule and publish content across our content calendar.
- Update CRM records after meetings and prep sharp meeting briefs for the CEO.
- Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups with investors and prospects so nothing slips.
What you bring:
- Fluent English, written and spoken. You will talk to US and EU contacts daily.
- Strong research skills. You know how to find people and the connections between them.
- Comfortable living inside AI tools (ChatGPT, image generators). The more fluent, the better.
- Organized and reliable. You do not drop balls.
- Based in Colombia, available full-time (40 hrs/week), with US time zone overlap.
- Bonus: familiarity with biotech, life sciences, or SaaS startups.
- Bonus: experience with Notion, CRM tools, or sales development.

Compensation:
- $800 to $1,000 USD per month.
