Responsibilities
As the Sales Representative you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to product delivery within the promotional products and printing industry. You will build relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring accurate product specifications including exact color matching, while identifying new business opportunities through outbound sales strategies.RequirementsExperience in the promotional products, print, or a related customizable goods industryProven background in 1:1 sales with a track record of applying sound sales strategiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort engaging in ongoing client conversationsCritical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve independentlyEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work with minimal oversightExperience working with educational or institutional clients is a plusComfortable in a fast paced, transactional sales environmentResponsabilitiesIdentify and pursue new client relationships through outbound and cold outreach effortsManage the sales process from initial contact through order deliveryDevelop and execute proper sales strategies to grow a book of businessBuild strong client relationships by understanding their needs and use cases in detailEnsure product specifications, including color accuracy, meet exact client requirementsCollaborate with a small, distributed sales team to meet individual and team targetsMaintain organized records of client interactions, orders, and deliverablesBenefitsLocation: 100% remote anywhere in LATAMCompensation: $2,500-$3,000 base, OTE $5,000PTO 12 days vacation + US HolidaysWe only accept CVs submitted in English.
