We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the optimization and live deployment of our tech platform on our website. This platform supports a self-service staffing marketplace connecting clients with virtual legal talent. The Product Manager will serve as the central liaison between our Marketing and Development teams, ensuring all platform components—from SEO/keyword integration to feature functionality—are delivered accurately, on time, and to a high-quality standard, while identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring the platform meets both business and user needs.Key Responsibilities:Cross-Functional LiaisonServe as the primary point of contact between the Marketing team and the Development teamTranslate marketing requirements (keyword strategy, SEO priorities, messaging) into clear, actionable development tasksEnsure alignment between marketing goals and technical implementation throughout the project lifecycleFacilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholders remain informed of priorities, risks, and progress.Present project updates, key findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.Feature & Platform StrategyCollaborate with Marketing to define and prioritize the feature list required for the platform launchIdentify gaps in current platform functionality and propose new ideas, features, or improvementsGather and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and users to inform feature enhancements and platform improvements.Evaluate the business and user impact of proposed features and recommend priorities accordingly.Maintain and update a master feature roadmap, ensuring nothing required for launch is overlookedQuality Assurance & Task AuditingAudit and QA every development task prior to sign-off, verifying it meets defined requirementsTest platform functionality (forms, search, filtering, keyword-driven pages, user flows, etc.) for accuracy and usabilityFlag defects, inconsistencies, or incomplete work back to the Development team with clear documentationConfirm final implementations match the approved keyword and feature specifications from MarketingAssess the business and user impact of defects and prioritize issues based on severity and urgency.Validate production releases and monitor post-launch issues to ensure successful implementation.Project & Task ManagementBreak down high-level goals into trackable tasks for the Development teamMonitor task progress and maintain visibility into project status for all stakeholdersProactively surface risks, delays, or blockers and recommend solutionsDefine clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for new features and enhancements.Establish priorities and manage competing requests to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.RequirementsProven experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role, ideally in a tech/web platform environmentExperience working with both marketing and development teamsStrong understanding of SEO/keyword strategy implementation (or ability to learn quickly)Excellent QA/testing skills with strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills for liaising between teamsExperience managing tasks/projects remotely and independentlyPreferred:Familiarity with staffing, recruiting, or legal industry platformsExperience with self-service or marketplace-style web platformsFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com)Basic understanding of website functionality/UX to communicate effectively with developers System and Work Setup Requirements:A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storageHeadset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolutionA designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused workBenefitsPermanent remote work setupCompetitive starting rate paid in USDInternet AllowanceHMO insurance (PH)Paid US holidaysPaid Vacation and Sick Leaves
