The CEO creates demand. You run the company. Our client is looking for an execution-focused COO to own everything from the first sales conversation through client delivery, renewal, team performance, operating cadence, and P&L.You’ll lead a remote team of people and AI agents, strengthen sales-to-delivery handoffs, protect margins, improve client outcomes, and build the systems that keep the business running without the CEO in the day-to-day.You’ll be a strong fit if you have: Led operations or delivery within an agency, consultancy, MSP, or similar services business. Managed distributed teams in an async, outcomes-driven environment. Owned utilization, margins, scope, escalations, and client renewals. Personally built or automated meaningful work using AI. Operated successfully as a founder’s second-in-command. This is an Executor-Partner role, not a successor track. The CEO remains the external face of the business; you own the inside.Success in year one: stronger renewals, consistent delivery, healthier margins, accurate forecasting, and a CEO who is fully out of daily operations.
